Villa Sense will be located in The 15, La Reserva de Sotogrande — an exclusive gated area known for its elevated position, sea views and privacy. Designed by a respected local architect, it will reflect a concept of organic architecture that adapts to the landscape rather than dominating it.
The villa will stand on a plot of 4,786 m², with a total built area of 2,482 m². It will include seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms and two guest WCs. Every room will be planned to follow the natural light, orientation and movement of the terrain.
Its curved structure will echo the shape of the land, creating a continuous dialogue between indoors and outdoors. Materials such as stone, wood and glass will give the house a natural and timeless appearance.
